Also on the email issue, Stuff.co.nz recently reported on Xtra email problems that have occurred since the Xtra mail system was changed recently. The article suggested that the spam filters at Xtra are now trapping many legitimate enquiry emails and that neither the sender nor the intended recipient know that this has happened. It suggests that a number of businesses are losing legitimate business because of this. Some have noted a significant drop in enquiry emails.
