Xtra email issues

A couple of weeks ago, one of the developers we work with advised us that Xtra had had some of its’ mail servers blacklisted. This caused a loss of mostly outgoing emails for a number of Xtra customers.

The issue was resolved after a few days. However, if you think things were going missing, this may have been the reason. If there are emails you think may have got lost around the 8th – 11th February, it may pay you to resend these – it may also help you solve a mystery you were wondering about.
